19”H x 38”W $700 Some days I feel energized by the glorious sun on my face and the gentle breeze blowing around me.
While Walking
The art in this gallery is inspired by the marks I see while walking as part of my daily exercise program. Mostly the marks are what I see on the sidewalk in my subdivision. Others are the marks I observed while walking on a frozen lake in snow shoes. The primary techniques are flour paste resist and dye painting.

January

Frozen Lake
39”H x 58”W SOLD While noticing all the marks made on the snow by man and beast I add mine to the many. The next snow will change the appearance of the frozen lake once again.
Winter Quiet
32”H x 64”W $1300 Beneath the brilliant sky, listen to the stillness. Feel the vastness of the land and the mystery of the woods.
Two Feet Thick

Free Fall
32”H x 22”W $450 The water flows over the edge: a stream here, a trickle there. Broken up by the rock face the patterns and lines visually inspire.
